Account Assistance

Contact your school help desk directly for answers to questions about your account or help with access problems.

For security reasons, User ID and password cannot be given out by e-mail or phone. See the FAQ page for information on how to take care of this online.

For further assistance please go to the student computer lab at your school and get assistance from the lab attendant. Bring a photo ID to verify your identification.
