In the Preferences tab, you can choose between five different themes. You can also choose to have your buttons appear at the top, bottom or both. Why does it take so long to launch my mail? The delay in pulling up your folders may simply be the size of your folders and any inherent delay in the network connections. Check if this occurs always or at certain times of the day. Normally I use another client to check my e-mail, but I used WebMail 2.0 to check my e-mail last time. Now, using my client, I see a message that says DO NOT DELETE THIS MESSAGE. What do I do? Many users use a POP3 based e-mail client while WebMail 2.0 is IMAP based. The IMAP server uses this message to put settings into your mail folder on the IMAP server. When you check your e-mail with a POP3 client, the message appears. It is safe to delete the message. Why do I get messages with this URL in them: http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/enduser.php3? This message is alerting you to the fact that some of the e-mail that is being sent to you has viruses attached and these viruses have been removed at the e-mail server level. The message will advise you exactly what was removed. METNET e-mail filters for all known viruses.
