  • 1/9-1/10/2016 - Service Disruption : Video Conference Services will be unavailable during the annual Data Center outage planned for January 9-10 (Saturday-Sunday). Adobe Connect and Acano are NOT included. Outage begins at 6 AM Jan. 9 with restoration beginning 6 AM Jan. 10. All services are expected to be restored by noon on Sunday, January 10. The outage is required in order to perform necessary maintenance, testing, and repairs to facility infrastructure and involves a complete shutdown of the main data center in WBOB.

  • 9/25/15 - UMConnect 7.5 is discontinued as of Sept. 25, 2015.
    Login to UMConnect is no longer available to METNET and COMET users (MnSCU).

  • 12/22/14 - Adobe Connect 9 will be down and unavailable all day  for an upgrade to Adobe Connect Version 9.3.
  • 1/18/2014 - Brief Jabber Video Outage : Jabber Video Conference Services will be unavailable Saturday, January 18, approximately 8 - 9 AM while technicians replace and test a switch in the  data center in WBOB. 
  • 1/4 - 1/5/2014 - Service Disruption : Connect and Video Conference Services will be unavailable during the annual Data Center outage planned for January 4-5 (Saturday-Sunday). Outage begins at 6 AM Jan. 4 with restoration beginning 6 AM Jan. 5. All services are expected to be restored by noon on Sunday, January 5. The outage is required in order to perform necessary maintenance, testing, and repairs to facility infrastructure and involves a complete shutdown of the main data center in WBOB.

  • 12/12/2012 Connect Announcement: Intermittent problems with opening and recording meetings.
    Update 12/13/2012 Problem resolved.
